Design Process

STAGE 1:
Initial meeting to discuss the client’s brief, budget and time constraints.

STAGE 2:
A proposal will then be presented to the client according to the brief. This includes furniture layouts, mood boards,
fabric/wall paper samples, furniture sourcing etc

The presentation will include a quotation. Thereafter adjustments can be made to suit the client’s budget and style.
A design fee (according to the scope of work) will be charged for if the quotation provided is not accepted.

STAGE 3:
Once the quotation is accepted by the client, a deposit will be paid to confirm the order.
The project will begin and delivery/installation can be confirmed.

STAGE 4:
All items will be ordered and managed. Regular updates will be given to the client on the progress of the project.
Any necessary site meetings will take place.

STAGE 5:
Project completion and installation. Any snags or adjustments will be dealt with to the client’s satisfaction.
